Q3. What is your terms of packing?
A:The common packaging is a small plastic box for every 10 small boxes, one big box for every 10 small boxes, or can be customized according to customer requirements
Q4.What’s your standard lead time for samples and mass production?
A:For samples, it’s about 7days. For mass production, It’s about 30 days after samples and orders are confirmed.
Q5.Which countries do your products mainly export to?
A:America, Europe, Australia and Middle East
Q6. What is the payment method generally accepted by the customer?
A: We accept Trade assurance;Paypal ;bank transfer Normally it’s 30% T/T payment in advanced, 70% balance before shipment .(more than $5000)
Q7.Is it all right to make sure customer brand name?
